DeVivo's is an alfresco cucina with a heart of old world recipe's and the spirit of homemade dishes.

Chef Vince, using recipe's and cooking techniques passed down through familial generations traced all the way to Naples delivers a dining experience that must be experienced to truly be believed.

DeVivo's, named in honor of Chef Vince's maternal great grandfather, carries on the spirit that Vicenzo DeVivo brought to this country so many years ago. Infused with New York culinary accents, the Neopolitan New York cuisine has been brought from the five boroughs all the way to Las Vegas.

With beautiful and sunny weather being ubiquitous in Las Vegas, DeVivo's has the opportunity to bring a true old world dining experience to Nevada. In this homage to old world openness, DeVivo's operates without walls so that the exquisite flavor of the food is enhanced by the openess and beauty of the outdoors in the same spirit as so many of Italy's cafe's and eateries.

Vicenzo DeVivo believed in the freedom and opportunity of America and as such, the alfresco cucina that bears his family's name will not be bound in bricks and mortar but rather will be brought to the people. With Chef Vince's modern kitchen, DeVivo's will travel to different parts of the city, build the kitchen on the spot and begin cooking. The cucina's mercurial nature ensures that one of the tenets of Vicenzo DeVivo will continue to ring true, that great food is not for the few, but for all.

On top of setting up the cucina in different parts of the city, Chef Vince also operates at numerous local festivals and events as well as taking orders for catering.

Final Two Weeks of the year for

DeVivo's before we take off for the holiday's. Orders for catering will still be taken but our final outdoor event of the year will be on the 16th of December at Bruce Trent Park.
